Upload or register for online notarization.
Use this page when someone may need to sign or notarize a document. Registration and ID validation can start for free, and apostille can be handled after notarization when needed.
Notary Geek is built for high-intent document work. Upload the real document or written recipient instructions, not samples, blank forms, or test files.
Before you ask us to act
Notary service is not legal advice.
Notary Geek is not a law firm, its personnel are not attorneys and are not acting as attorneys, and it does not practice law. Questions about which document to use, your rights, legal effect, or whether you should sign belong with your lawyer.
We may give candid practical opinions about process, operational risk, notarial requirements, and whether a request fits our service. Those opinions are not legal advice. If you do not want a practical opinion, do not ask for one.
- Our responsibility: the notarial act we accept and perform, including the duties imposed on the notary by law.
- Your responsibility: the document, transaction, legal effect, recipient requirements, and decision to sign, with help from your own advisers when needed.
- Signer readiness: each signer arrives independently willing, prepared, and able to understand and communicate. We do not persuade, coach, or convince anyone to sign.
- Separate sessions: divorcing spouses or other parties who should not meet may be handled separately when the route allows it; each appearance still must be independent and voluntary.
Practical test: if the situation would not be suitable for an ordinary in-person notary, moving it online does not cure the problem.
Other ways to start
Most customers who may need notarization can upload or register above. Use these when there is nothing to sign, someone else is organizing, or the document is already with us.
Uploaded files and request details may be stored in private backend systems for review, notary operations, audit, support, and workflow continuity.
