Signer readiness: each signer arrives independently willing, prepared, and able to understand and communicate. We do not persuade, coach, or convince anyone to sign.
Separate sessions: divorcing spouses or other parties who should not meet may be handled separately when the route allows it; each appearance still must be independent and voluntary.

Practical test: if the situation would not be suitable for an ordinary in-person notary, moving it online does not cure the problem.
