Use upload when ready
Upload when the signer is ready, the document is unsigned, and the notary act is the actual next step.
Online notarization
Use this page for signer-created documents that are complete, unsigned, and ready for the person whose signature will be notarized. If you are coordinating for someone else, or you still need to know whether the document will be accepted, start with signer-only intake or document review instead.
Upload when the signer is ready, the document is unsigned, and the notary act is the actual next step.
If someone else will sign and the document is already with Notary Geek, send that signer to the signer-only intake and ID path.
If the question is acceptance, apostille, destination country, prior notarization, fraud concern, or document routing, use review before notary upload. Serious complex cases are welcome; unlimited pre-session process consulting is not included in a basic notary price.
Secure upload
After you submit, the signer must complete identity-document registration and be available for live audio-video. If using a passport, the signer must have the actual unexpired passport in hand.
By submitting details or files, you understand that Notary Geek may store your submission, uploaded documents, provider event data, and related workflow records in private backend systems for review, audit, support, and notary operations. Read the Privacy Policy.
Not sure this belongs here?
This upload lane is for ready signer-created documents that need a notary act. If someone else will sign, that person is the signer and must complete their own identity check. If the document was already notarized, has outside recipient corrections, or may need apostille or legalization review, use document review first with the destination country and any recipient instructions.
USPS Form 1583 has its own wizard and should not start with generic document upload.
Need review?
If the issue is international acceptance, apostille, recipient requirements, prior notarization quality, a failed platform attempt, or whether someone else should sign, use document review so the request starts in the right lane.
