Services

Send the document first. We will route the work.

Notary Geek checks what the document is, who signs, which office issued it, where it will be used, and whether the next step is notary, apostille, legalization, certified copy, or shipping.

Compliance posture

We check the document before we rush the stamp.

A fast notarized PDF is not enough if a bank, agency, school, mailbox provider, court, apostille office, or foreign recipient rejects it later. Notary Geek is built around state compliance, signer protection, recipient acceptance, and a record that can be explained if the document is questioned.

That shows up before the session. Support may ask extra questions about the document, signer, actual ID, recipient, certificate wording, or apostille/legalization path because those details can change the whole answer. The questions are a control, not random friction.

For Florida work, Notary Geek keeps the official sources close: flnotarylaw.com for Chapter 117 and flronlookup.com for the official Florida online-notary / RON-provider lookup.

As the service expands into more states, especially for notarized documents that may need apostille, legalization, e-APP awareness, or recipient-specific review, the same posture travels with it: identify the notary state, governing law, identity method, certificate, journal or audit record, route, and receiving-party requirements before treating the document as ready.

Who this protects

The signer, customer, receiving party, apostille or legalization authority, support reviewer, and any later court, regulator, title company, bank, marketplace, mailbox provider, or foreign recipient that may question the document.

Notary Geek designs for lawful-response readiness. If a proper stakeholder asks later, the record should be explainable.

Machine-readable service catalog

The same service map is available as JSON.

The service catalog feed exposes the intake paths, request triage, process guidance, and guardrails that separate official records, signer-created documents, online notarization, apostille routing, and legalization review.

Public verification

Proof you can check.

Use official records and public profiles to verify the workflow. Florida online notaries handle the online notary step. Signers outside the U.S. can use a non-U.S. passport and do not need a Social Security Number. Use the official state source for document requirements, then use the business and Florida verification links if the package also includes an online notary step.

Use the official state source for the document requirements themselves. If the order also includes an online notary step, use both Florida records together: one covers the online notary and provider record, and the other covers the underlying notary commission. How it works

Simple details first, then a clear answer.

Most questions about price, timing, and next steps can be answered once the document source, destination country, and deadline are clear.

Step 1

1. Send the document facts

Start with the document type, issuing authority, destination country, deadline, and shipping needs.

Step 2

2. We check the right fit

Notary Geek helps with U.S. documents based on the issuing office, notarization requirements, destination country, and whether apostille or embassy legalization is required.

Step 3

3. You get one quote

We separate apostille and non-Hague legalization requirements before payment so the next step is clear.

Official source

Check the official source before choosing a service.

Use the linked government page to compare current fees, forms, and mailing rules. Use HCCH for the destination-country side. The destination country and the issuing authority determine whether the route is apostille or legalization. Then send your document details if you want help with the correct handling.
